Cleveland volcano (Aleutian Islands, Alaska): another small explosion recorded

A small explosion occurred at 7:32 AM AKDT (15:32 UTC) today (10 May 2016) and was detected by infrasound (air pressure) sensors.
No satellite views are available since the event, but an image from earlier this morning shows the volcano obscured by clouds. Some ash may have been emitted during the event but was likely minimal due to the small size and duration of the explosion.(AVO)

AVO reported that during 16-22 September low-level unrest at Cleveland continued. Weakly elevated surface temperatures were detected in one satellite image during 20-21 September. The Aviation Color Code remained at Orange and the Volcano Alert Level remained at Watch.
