Methana & the Saronic Gulf - spring impressions (April 2019)

Spring in Greece is an explosion of colors, dominated by hundred shades of green and yellows. Meadows full of flowers, silver-green olive groves and the blue sea are everywhere.
One area of particular beauty is the Saronic Gulf which also includes one of Europe's least known active volcanoes, the Methana lava dome complex. The photos presented were taken on 9 and 10 April 2019, following a tour to Methana & the Saronic Gulf. We also arrange private excursions to this highly interesting area, starting in Athens or other places nearby, for 2-4 persons and suggested length of 2-3 days.
