The alert level for the volcano was raised to "yellow", as an increase of volcano-tectonic earthquakes have been recorded since 16 July.
As we reported in the last update first eruption since August 2015 occurred on 16 July when minor plume of ash rose to an altitude of 10,982 ft (3,347 m).
Seismicity remained elevated with 311 volcano-tectonic earthquakes detected by the seismic network.
The warning bulletin states that ballistic impacts of volcanic bombs and gases could affect an area of about 2 km distance from the main crater.
