Degassing continues from Chikurachki volcano (image: Sentinel 2)

The Kamchatka Volcanic Eruption Response Team (KVERT) observatory reported that the explosive phase of the volcano ended on 2 February, but the constant gas and steam venting (so-called degassing) continues from the crater.
