Karymsky volcano (Eastern Kamchatka, Russia) - Smithsonian / USGS Weekly Volcanic Activity Report for 31 May-6 June 2017 (New Activity / Unrest)
The Aviation Color Code was raised to Orange (the second highest level on a four-color scale). Less than four hours later ash plumes rose 2 km (6,600 ft) a.s.l. and drifted 85 km ENE.
The VAAC reported that a possible ash plumes rose 4 km 13,000 ft) a.s.l. during 5-6 June and drifted E.
