Karymsky volcano (Eastern Kamchatka, Russia) - Smithsonian / USGS Weekly Volcanic Activity Report for 27 July-2 August 2022 (Continuing Activity)

KVERT reported that a thermal anomaly over Karymsky was identified in satellite images during 21-23 and 27-28 July. Ash plumes were identified in satellite images drifting 46 km ESE on 27 July. The Aviation Color Code remained at Orange (the second highest level on a four-color scale).
