A new eruption is reported from Reventador volcano. The Ecuadorian Institute of Geophysics (Istituto Geofisico, IG) reports eruptive tremor starting on 27 July from 15h00 local time. In the evening of that day, incandscence became visible from the summit of the volcano, indicating lava flows.
