Effusive-explosive eruption of the volcano continues at moderate to high levels.
IGEPN reported that incandescence continues to be observed from the crater and caused avalanches of material on the southeast flank.
Near-constant vulcanian-type explosions producing frequent moderate ash emissions reached up to 21,000 ft (6,400 m) altitude and drifted S.
Lahars (mud flows) could also occur if heavy rainfalls remobilise the fresh ash deposits.
