There have been few explosions with ash columns 700 meters high, spreading south, southwest, on Palajunoj region.
Constant activity on the fronts of active lava flows, generating avalanches of blocks deposited within the river banks Nima I and II.

At 05.33 h local time this morning a rumbling was heard in the Nima 1 gulley. There are constant avalanches from weak to moderate active lava flows, the most active being the northeast flow. A steam plume rises 400 m above the crater. [more]

At 05:18 hours local time yesterday, a rumbling was heard from the Nima 1 valley above the observatory. Most of the time, the dome is degassing with a 400 m steam plume. ... [more]

The volcano is almost continuously hidden in clouds, but the seismic signal suggests ongoing rock avalanches from probably still weakly active lava flows on the dome flanks. [more]
