A weak pyroclastic flow occurred earlier this morning at 06:01 hours from the SE-S side of the dome and produced an ash plume rising to 100 meters above the crater and causing minor ash fall on areas of Finca el Faro and San Jose.

Weak to moderate explosions with ash plumes of up to 400 m height drifting west and northeast. Lava flows were active on the northeast and southeast sides of the cone and approached the Nima I gulley.

Red glow could be seen at night from the lava dome. At 06:00 this morning, a small explosion sent an ash plume rising 600 m.
