I was on a flight yesyerday from Jember to Surabaya with 2 friends and saw Mt Semeru explode at app. 09.37 on the 18 Oct 2008. I would not be able to guess how high it rose but it was larger than the clouds around. I'm just sending this message as I did not read anything in the news. read all
