Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Anchorage warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 30000 ft (9100 m) altitude or flight level 300 and is moving at 35 kts in NW direction.

Shishaldin Volcano continues to erupt episodically. USGS AVO report that seismic levels were variable throughout the week, with elevated activity early in the week and over the past 36 hours.
