The activity at the volcano remains similar as during the past weeks. The extrusion of viscous lava continues to feed a new tongue in the upper part of the southern slope.
Its steep front suffers occasional collapses that trigger rockfalls and small to medium pyroclastic flows, sometimes reaching 2-3 km in length such as this morning:

Pyroclastic flow on Sinabung this morning
Saturday, Oct 25, 2014
More pyroclastic flows have occurred today. A larger one this morning at 09:47 local time probably reached 3-4 km length and produced an ash plume that rose to 15,000 ft (4.5 km) altitude. [more]
