Activity remains elevated. A small lava overflow continues to issue from a breach or a new vent at the northern crater terrace rim and descend on the upper Sciara del Fuoco. Explosion signals on the seismic recording are stronger than usual.

On 22 November, Stromboli emitted a 3 KM high steam plume. The INGV stated that on 22 November, at 13:17 (GMT) a large seismic signal associated with an explosion occurred.
