Takawangha volcano (Tanaga Island, Aleutians): alert status dropped to "yellow"

This change lowered the potential for the impending eruption of the volcano.
Therefore, the Alaska Volcano Observatory (AVO) decreased the Volcanic Alert Level to "Yellow".
