Ebeko (Paramushir Island): (12 May) The activity of the volcano continues with intermittent small to moderately sized explosions and ash emissions.
On 10 May at 11:20 local time KVERT recorded an explosion that generated an ash plumes, which reached approx. 10,000 ft (3,048 m) altitude. The plumes were extended about 5 km to the east of the volcano.

Semeru (East Java, Indonesia): (12 May) Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Darwin warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 14000 ft (4300 m) altitude or flight level 140 .

Dukono (Halmahera): (12 May) Today at 08:00 local time Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Darwin recorded continuing emissions of gas, steam and white-gray ash from the active crater which reached approx. 7,000 ft (2,100 m) altitude. Volcanic ash is dispersed towards the northeast and causes ash fall onto the volcano's slopes.
The seismic station records 4 volcano-tectonic earthquakes.

IGEPN recorded explosive activity from the active crater with near-constant ash emissions that rose 4,822 ft (1,470 m) above the summit. Volcanic ash is dispersed towards the southwest and causes ash fall on the volcano's slopes.
Lava flows continue to be active on the south-eastern slopes of the volcano.
