Klyuchevskoy (Kamchatka): (1 Jun) The effusive-explosive eruption of the volcano continues with little changes at moderately high levels.
The lava flow on the SE flank remains active, is about 2 km long and branches off into two main arms. At the summit crater, near-continuous strombolian explosions produce ash plumes that reach about 1 km above the summit and mostly drift into easterly directions.
A strong thermal signal is present on MODIS satellite data.

Karymsky (Kamchatka): (1 Jun) The activity of the volcano continues associated with near-constant ash emissions during the past few weeks.
On 31 May an explosion generated a white ash plume, which reached approx. 15,000 ft (4,600 m) altitude. Volcanic ash is dispersed towards the southeast and causes ash fall onto the volcano's slopes.

Ebeko (Paramushir Island): (1 Jun) The activity at the volcano continues at moderately high levels during the past week.
Today at 07:10 local time Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Tokyo recorded a moderate explosion. Ash plume reached 15,000 ft (4,572 m) altitude and drifted SW.

Sakurajima (Kyushu, Japan): Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Tokyo (VAAC) issued the following report: EXPLODED AT 20200601/1928Z OVER FL060 STNR OBS VA DTG:01/1920Z

Suwanose-jima (Ryukyu Islands): (1 Jun) The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) reported that eruptive activity of the volcano continues during the past days. Five eruptions were recorded since the last update. The last eruption occurred on 29 May at 23:19 local time when explosion generated an ash plume, which reached approx. 4,000 ft (1,219 m) altitude and drifted E.
Constant glow is visible from the summit crater.
