Semeru (East Java, Indonesia): (18 Jun) Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Darwin warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 14000 ft (4300 m) altitude or flight level 140 .

Veniaminof (Alaska Peninsula, USA): (19 Jun) The Alaska Volcano Observatory (AVO) recorded periods of seismic tremor at the volcano over the past days associated with occasional earthquakes. Tremor has not shown significant variations.
This type of seismic activity typically precedes eruptive activity at the volcano but does not mean that an eruption will occur.

The activity at the volcano remains high.
CENAPRED reported that surveillance cameras observed nine minor explosions at 13:09, 14:04, 14:37, 14:50, 15:46, 16:04, 18:02, 18:29 and 19:04 local time yesterday that generated a dense dark ash plume, which reached approx. 20,000 ft (6,100 m) altitude. Volcanic ash is dispersed towards the south and causes ash fall onto the volcano's slopes.

Sabancaya (Peru): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Buenos Aires warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 20000 ft (6100 m) altitude or flight level 200 and is moving at 5 kts in W direction.

Laguna del Maule (Central Chile): (19 Jun) During 11-16 Jun SERNAGEOMIN recorded increased seismic activity associated with seismic swarms. On 15 June recorded volcano-tectonic earthquakes that were located at 10,4 km depth beneath the southwest flank of the volcano.
The Volcanic Alert Level increased to Yellow.

Erta Ale (Danakil depression, Ethiopia): There are signs that the volcano's famous lava lake is increasing again. The lake is contained in the main (southern) pit crater inside the summit caldera of the vast shield volcano, located in one of the most remote places of the Danakil depression in the Afar triangle.
Recent satellite imagery shows a significant hot spot from the crater, due to the presence of lava accumulating there as the new lava lake.
