Semeru (East Java, Indonesia): Effusive-explosive eruption of the volcano continues.
A satellite image from 4 July shows that lava flows continue to be active on the south and southeast slopes of the volcano.

Pacaya (Guatemala): (9 Jul) INSIVUMEH reported that the lava flow on the northeast flank are being observed, currently about 300 m long. Lava flows on the southwest and northwest flanks remain active.
Incandescent material is being ejected to an approximate height of 50, 75 and 100 meters above the crater due to ongoing strombolian-type explosions.

Fuego (Guatemala): Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Washington (VAAC) issued the following report: VA HAS DSIPTD IN SAT.

Sangay (Ecuador): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Washington warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 20000 ft (6100 m) altitude or flight level 200 .

Reventador (Ecuador): (9 Jul) Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Washington warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 15000 ft (4600 m) altitude or flight level 150 .

Sabancaya (Peru): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Buenos Aires warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 28000 ft (8500 m) altitude or flight level 280 and is moving at 40 kts in E direction.

Laguna del Maule (Central Chile): (9 Jul) On 7 July SERNAGEOMIN reported that the seismicity remains elevated associated with earthquakes located east of the volcano with diameter approx. 5 km near the intersection of two faults near Las Nieblas, and corresponded to elevated levels of carbon dioxide emissions.
The Alert Level remained at Yellow.
