Nishino-shima (Volcano Islands, Japan): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Tokyo warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 13000 ft (4000 m) altitude or flight level 130 and is moving at 10 kts in NE direction.

Suwanose-jima (Ryukyu Islands): Explosive eruption of the volcano continues.
Today at 10:21 local time Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) recorded an explosion at the volcano that generated an ash plume, which rose approx. 4,593 ft (1,400 m) above the crater and drifted NE.
A satellite image of Tropomi from 4 August shows strong sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions which were extending to the south of the volcano across Pacific Ocean.

Manam (Papua New Guinea): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Darwin warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 10000 ft (3000 m) altitude or flight level 100 .

Popocatépetl (Central Mexico): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Washington warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 19000 ft (5800 m) altitude or flight level 190 .

Telica (Nicaragua): (6 Aug) The activity of the volcano continues at moderately low levels.
INETER recorded 57 near-constant small explosions during the past week.

OVSICORI-UNA recorded ash emissions during the past week which become near-continuous with plume that rose to an altitude of 11,614-12,600 ft (3,540-3,840 m).

Reventador (Ecuador): Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Washington (VAAC) issued the following report: NO VA SEEN IN SAT.

Sabancaya (Peru): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Buenos Aires warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 22000 ft (6700 m) altitude or flight level 220 and is moving at 5 kts in S direction.
