Pacaya (Guatemala): (14 Sep) Effusive-explosive eruption of the volcano continues at moderate levels characterized by strombolian-type explosions and three active lava flows.
Strombolian activity of the volcano continues from the Mackenney summit crater producing frequent moderate to strong explosions that ejected incandescent material to an approximate height of 200 meters and weak explosions with height of 70-100 m above the crater.
