Stromboli (Eolian Islands, Italy): The Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV) reported that a strong eruption occurred at the volcano at 13:26 local time yesterday.
The powerful event took place from the North crater area, sending pyroclastic material along the Sciara del Fuoco that reached the coast. A rockfall avalanche involved that lifted an abundant ash plume as it descended the slope. The height of the ash plume is unknown yet and was not reported nor by the VAAC or the observatory.

Shiveluch (Kamchatka): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Tokyo warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 13000 ft (4000 m) altitude or flight level 130 and is moving at 25 kts in SE direction.

Suwanose-jima (Ryukyu Islands): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Tokyo warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 8000 ft (2400 m) altitude or flight level 080 and is moving at 15 kts in SE direction.

Semisopochnoi (United States, Aleutian Islands): (30 Sep) The Aviation Color Code for the volcano was lowered to "Yellow", as a decreasing trend of the activity at the volcano continues.
Although the seismic activity has lowered, still remains above average levels.

Trident (United States, Alaska Peninsula): (30 Sep) The earthquake swarm beneath the volcano continues.
A couple of weak volcanic tremor events and low-frequency quake periods have been registered since 28 August. Given observations indicating signs of elevated unrest, a decision has been made to raise the current Aviation Color Code from "Green" to "Yellow".

Piton de la Fournaise (La Réunion): An elevated activity at the volcano has been recorded starting yesterday.
The volcanic tremor intensified at about 21:40 local time, indicating rapid magma flux towards the surface, which led to an arrival of a new batch of magma into the main cone first, by then towards the cone opening at its south base at 23:15 local time.
