Ebeko (Paramushir Island): (13 Mar) Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Tokyo warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 14000 ft (4300 m) altitude or flight level 140 and is moving at 10 kts in NW direction.

Suwanose-jima (Ryukyu Islands): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Tokyo warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 7000 ft (2100 m) altitude or flight level 070 and is moving at 10 kts in SW direction.

Cerro Negro de Mayasquer (Colombia): (13 Mar) A swarm of earthquakes started to occur beneath the Chiles-Cerro Negro volcanic complex on 9 March at 11:00 local time, the Red de Sísmica Nacional (RENSIG) and Observatorio Vulcanológico de Pasto (OVP-Colombia) reported.
A volcano-tectonic earthquake with magnitude M 3.4 was detected and even felt by local residents. The swarm itself has been accompanied by 4500 small, mostly long-period/low-frequency earthquakes with a rate of about 200 events per hour, so far. This could suggest elevated fluid movements of gas, water and possibly magma under the surface.
