Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Tokyo (VAAC) issued the following report: EXPLODED AT 20181219/0058Z FL070 EXTD SE OBS VA DTG:19/0050Z

Soputan (North Sulawesi, Indonesia): Following the recent vigorous eruptive phase, activity is gradually declining, though at a slower rate than after the previous phase in early October. Another phase of strong eruption could begin quickly again in the volcano's current and somewhat-temperamental state.

Krakatau (Sunda Strait, Indonesia): Mild eruptive activity continues. A weak to moderate thermal signal is recorded on satellite data and seismicity remains elevated.

Dukono (Halmahera): (19 Dec) Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Darwin (VAAC) issued the following report: CONTINUOUS VA EMISSION TO FL060 LAST OBS EXT ESE AT 19/0130Z

Sabancaya (Peru): Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Buenos Aires (VAAC) issued the following report: SPORADIC PUFF EMISSION

Planchón-Peteroa (Central Chile and Argentina): Eruptive activity recently increased and for the last few days ash emissions to around 5km (16,000ft) have apparently been non-stop according to reports from the Buenos Aires VAAC.
