The full report is as follows: SPORADIC EMISSIONS to 13000 ft (4000 m)

Barren Island (Indian Ocean): After a relatively calm period during the summer months with little or no activity, it seems to have picked up again since around 23 October this year.
Intermittent, but frequent thermal signals and small ash plumes are occasional visible on satellite imagery, showing that mild activity has been occurring at the central cone of Indias's only active volcano.
The nature of this activity is likely similar to previous eruptions (such as during Jan-May 2019), i.e. strombolian to vulcanian explosions and occasional small lava flows.

Heard (Australia, Southern Indian Ocean): A new eruption is in progress at the volcano. Since end of October, strong thermal signals indicate the presence of lava.
Satellite images show a lava flow traveling from the summit crater on the upper SW slope. Due to frequent cloud cover on the remote island, it is not known when exactly the activity started or whether it is still in progress (although likely).
