Kusatsu-Shirane (Honshu): The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) reported that the activity of the volcano continues at moderately high levels.
Seismicity remained elevated since September 2019. The seismic station recorded 6 volcano-tectonic earthquakes.

Dukono (Halmahera): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Darwin warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 7000 ft (2100 m) altitude or flight level 070 .

White Island (New Zealand): GeoNet did a flight observations and aerial-based measurements of the volcano in the past two weeks. The most recent gas flight confirms the overall decline in both CO2 and SO2 output since the 9 December 2019 eruption, although latest data shows slightly elevated amounts of gas compared to recent measurements.
Additionally recorded a temperature of 746 °C. This was measured on one of the lava lobes and is the hottest temperature measured to date. Despite these high fumarole temperatures, a small pond of water is present in the Primary Crater formed on 9 December 2019. Small-scale jetting of this pond water is continuing to occur, like the activity seen in September-December 2019.

Popocatépetl (Central Mexico): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Washington warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 21000 ft (6400 m) altitude or flight level 210 .

CENAPRED recorded two minor explosions at 17:28 local time yesterday and 07:46 local time today that generated an ash plume and drifted NE.
Additionally recorded 797 minutes of tremor and 176 emissions of water vapor, gases and light ash content.
